Starting with 2012, the Federation of Associations for the Promotion of Tourism in Romania (FAPT) and the Romanian National Association of Travel Agencies (ANAT) have taken over the organization of the "National Tourism Forum" and the "New Year for Tourism". The event took place on January 28th 2012 at Hotel Mistral Resort from Moieciu de Sus, county of Brasov.
Continuing the tradition of the past years, the official partners of the Forum, ANAT, FPTR, OPTBR, ANTREC and FIHR debated on the 2012 national program "Holiday in my country", which will open with the 2012 Early Booking program. The participants highlighted the business relation between the agencies and the owners of the tourism facilities from Brasov, Rasnov, Bran and Moieciu.
The high standard event "New Year for Tourism"
The participants of the Forum were representatives of the local authorities of Bran, Moieciu, Rasnov, Brasov, travel agencies members of ANAT, hotel service providers, associations for the promotion of tourism from Brasov, Rasnov, seaside resorts, Bucovina region, Sibiu, Sighisoara, Prahova, Gorj, etc. (members of FAPT Federation), members of ANTREC, national and local media. The President of ANAT Moldova, Mr. Sevastian Botnari also attended the Forum, accompanied by a delegation from Chisinau.
On the evening of January 28th 2012, the high standard event called "New Year for Tourism" took place. It addressed to all the workers and partners from the tourism industry.
"Holiday in my country"
"The Forum from Moieciu de Sus, county of Brasov, was called . The Federation wishes to unify the tourism in Romania and make tourist destinations attractive. There are 120 participants at the Forum and we have announced since February that the first program will be launched by which the Romanian can buy vacations anywhere in Romania. We offer a 30% discount," said Mrs. Corina Martin, President of the Federation of Associations for the Promotion of Tourism in Romania.
Moieciu, a tourist destination
