The saloons interior conserved its XVI century?s air - armours, spears, shields and authentic tapestries. Surrounded by mystery, romance and history, the saloons are the ideal place for small groups or couples.
Terraces ? 160 places
Thanks to the very prodigal nature in the area, several terraces have been placed near the defence towers. During the year, the tourists are welcomed with camp fires.
The Wine Cellar
Recording the cellars of the ancient medieval castles, the wine cellar is the Citadel?s little jewel, were can be tasted famous Romanian wines such as: Murfatlar, Jidvei,Cotnari, Dealul Mare.
The Carpathian Stag Restaurant
The Carpathian Stag?s Wine Cellar is located at The Council Market, near the old town hall of medieval Brasov. The house hosting the Cellar was build between 1541 and 1547. The wines of famous vineyards reconstitute the ancient local spirit. The Romanian traditions and costumes are illustrated by the artistic programs of the Folkloric Band ?The Carpathian Stag?, well-known in Romanian and other countries such as France, Turkey, Italy, USA, Belgium and Denmark.
The Forester?s House Restaurant
Located at Tampa?s foot, The Forester?s House is a restaurant with venatorial gastronomy, in the very heart of the forest. The cooks are very skilled in preparing venatorial and vegetarian menus as well. The atmosphere, with hunting trophies and wooden decorations, is an excellent ambient for protocol dinners.

The Panoramic Restaurant
